The Sound of C is an international entrepreneurs' community built on one idea: great companies start with great leaders. After a year as a member myself, I saw the impact first-hand — so I launched the Vancouver circle to bring that same accountability, growth, and connection to entrepreneurs here.

Frédérique "Fred" Niel is a business and leadership coach based in Vancouver, helping entrepreneurs gain clarity, build confidence, and take action. Originally from France, she has called Canada home for 32 years — 30 of them in Vancouver. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, she learned early what it really takes to build something of your own. After a year as a Sound of C member and experiencing its impact, she launched the Vancouver chapter to bring that same community, growth, and accountability to entrepreneurs here.
